  Foot Calluses

What IS a foot callus?

A foot callus forms when thick, hardened skin accumulates due to continual friction or pressure, usually on the sides of the soles of the feet.

External and internal factors can disrupt weight distribution on your feet, causing areas to thicken as a defence. Poor footwear often leads to calluses on the soles and sides of the big toe. While calluses protect against irritation, they can become hard and painful, especially for seniors, diabetics, and athletes. It's essential to use specialized foot care products to soften and reduce calluses for healthier, more comfortable feet.
