I AM ALLERGIC TO ACRYLIC OR GELS WOULD THIS POLISH SUIT ME?

Sound familiar?

Here’s the answer. None

The question is incorrect, so it cannot be answered.

Acrylic and gel are not a specific substance but rather a family of materials, and both require a chemical reaction called "polymerization" to cure. Usually, this is where the allergy forms, not necessarily from the product itself.

So, how do you know what suits you and what does not?

It is possible to experiment a bit with your experienced and professional nail technician and try working with gentler materials.

If you are willing to invest a bit of time and effort, you can take an allergy test to get an accurate answer; this may be the only way. There is a long list of ingredients in acrylics and gels and of

course, you want to ensure that the one that causes the allergic reaction to you is not on the list.

We are and offer professional nail advice and are happy to spend the time and search for alternative methods of keeping your hands and nails healthy, happy, and allergy-free.
